Every round, one method each
Interviewers score how you think, not whether you guessed their favorite answer. Each module teaches a structure you can say out loud, then shows it working.
Product sense
Design or improve a product out loud with one method you can repeat under pressure.
Metrics and execution
Pick the right metric, diagnose a drop calmly and read an A/B test correctly.
Estimation
Size a market with a clear equation, round numbers and a sanity check.
Strategy
Enter a market, answer a competitor, choose build, buy or partner, and make the call.
Behavioral
Build a story bank once and reuse it for conflict, failure and influence questions.
Technical
APIs, system basics and trade-offs at the depth a PM interviewer expects.
AI product
Design, evaluate and measure features built on large language models.
Company playbooks
What Google, Amazon, Meta and Microsoft publish about how they hire, including their PM-specific pages, plus associate PM programs.
Resume and offer
A PM resume, the recruiter screen, and negotiating the offer honestly.
Practice
A self-grading rubric, partner scripts for mock interviews, and drills for each weakness.
Worked answers, not bullet-point tips
Each design, metrics, estimation and strategy answer is written as the conversation it would be: the clarifying questions, the structure announced up front, the trade-offs, the summary. Then why it scores well and what a weaker answer would have done. Each behavioral answer comes with why it works and the follow-ups to expect.
- 12 product sense answers, consumer and B2B
- 10 metrics cases, from a sudden drop to an experiment readout
- 8 estimation cases with every step of the arithmetic
- 20 behavioral model answers from different backgrounds
- AI product answers: design, evaluation and metrics
Interviewer: Shutterbox is a photo-sharing app. Daily active users are down 8% this week compared with last week. Walk me through it.
You: I’ll use five steps: check the drop is real, size it, slice it to find where it lives, line up suspects, then settle on a cause and an action. First, how do we define a daily active user, and has anything changed in logging? And how big is a normal weekly swing?
Interviewer: Anyone who opens the app in a calendar day. Logging hasn’t changed. Normal swings are about 2%.
You: So it’s real. Did it start on one day or slide gradually? And did weekly active users and photos posted move too?

Questions
Who is this for?
Anyone preparing for product manager interviews at tech companies: aspiring and associate PMs, engineers, designers and consultants moving into product, and working PMs changing jobs.
Is it a video course?
No. It is text first, so you can read most lessons in under ten minutes, search them, and come back to a worked answer the night before your interview.
What do I get for the price?
Every module and lesson, including 66 worked answers and cases written out in full, and every future update. One payment of $129. No subscription. The question bank is free for everyone.
Why pay when there is free PM interview content?
Free content gives you tips and frameworks in pieces. This gives you one consistent method per round and shows it working, start to finish, in full answers, with what a weaker answer would have done beside each design, metrics, estimation and strategy answer.
My interview is in a week. Is it still worth it?
Yes. Module 0 is free and includes a day-by-day 7-day plan that tells you which lessons to read and what to practice each day.
How do I sign in?
With your Google account. There is no password to remember, and your purchase is tied to that account. No Google account? You can create a free one with any email address, or email us.
What if it isn't for me?
Email us within 14 days of buying and you get a full refund.
Does it cover specific companies?
Module 8 summarizes what Google, Amazon, Meta and Microsoft publish about their interview processes (Amazon and Meta have PM-specific pages), with links to their own pages, plus the Google APM and Meta RPM programs, and a two-hour method for researching any other company. We don't repeat rumors about internal rubrics.
